Cloud kitchens, in particular, have an opportunity to build trust through technologies that offer live updates and traceability.

Simultaneously, innovations like reusable packaging and eco-friendly supply chains address growing concerns about sustainability. “The future of food delivery isn’t just about what’s on the plate—it’s about the entire journey, from source to doorstep,” Wakharkar emphasizes.

“As an industry, we’re seeing accelerated growth through such trends. Whether it’s Korean-inspired dishes or locally crafted recipes, the goal is to create meals that leave a lasting impression,” Kohli concludes.
