Sharon Osbourne’s heroic efforts help Ozzy fulfill final dream

Sharon Osbourne remarkable efforts ensure husband’s stage goodbye

Sharon Osbourne’s kind gesture toward her late husband Ozzy Osbourne has come under the spotlight following his tragic passing.

The Dreamer singer, who married Sharon in July 1982, faced significant challenges while preparing for his farewell show.

According to Mirror, Sharon, 72, helped her husband fulfill his dream by negotiating with the insurance agents and ultimately resolving the issue by arranging a throne for him to perform.

An insider told Dailymail, “With the Parkinson’s and the walking issues, no insurance agent would agree to let Oz stand. So to overcome that, and not have a huge insurance premium on the charity show, they secured a deal to have him safely locked in his throne. It really speaks so much to Sharon’s drive and focus to get it all pulled off, because of the health issues. She was a miracle worker.”

Following Sharon’s remarkable efforts, the Paranoid hitmaker was able to turn his biggest dream into reality.

On Saturday, July 5, he took the stage for his farewell performance at Villa Park Stadium, delivering five solo tracks and four Black Sabbath classics during the concert.

The No More Tears singer’s final words to his fans on stage were, “It’s the last song ever. Your support has enabled us to live an amazing lifestyle, thank you from the bottom of our hearts.”

For the unversed, the Prince of Darkness passed away on Tuesday, July 22.
