Princess Eugenie shines bright after skipping Kate’s festive event

Princess Eugenie radiates elegance in a newly released photograph from her participation in a documentary celebrating the National Gallery’s bicentenary.

The mother-of-two was captured beaming next to an artwork that holds special meaning for her, ahead of the show’s UK television premiere later this month.

Dressed in a sophisticated teal coat and adorned with a silver pendant necklace, Eugenie exuded poise and charm.

Her auburn locks were styled in soft waves, complementing her glowing makeup, while simple gold hoop earrings added a touch of understated glamour.

Princess Eugenie showcases her love for art in a newly announced ITV1 documentary, My National Gallery, marking the iconic institution’s 200th anniversary.

Eugenie is no stranger to the art world. A Newcastle University graduate in English Literature and History of Art, she’s currently a director at the prestigious Hauser & Wirth gallery.

Her journey in the arts has taken her from a year in New York at online auction firm Paddle8 to joining Hauser & Wirth in 2015, where she was promoted to director in 2017.

The documentary, premiering on December 30, also features a star-studded lineup, including Claudia Winkleman, Michael Palin, and Jacqueline Wilson.

Each participant shares personal insights into their favorite paintings and the profound connections they hold.

Jo Clinton-Davis, Controller of Factual at ITV, described the film as “a real Christmas treat,” comparing it to last year’s hit, Vermeer – the Greatest Exhibition.
